Project: Berry Pretty Tag & Box!

Project 3 (1)

Hi Stampers!

I wanted to share this “Berry” cute thank you favor with you! I made this last week for the ladies that attended my Stamp-a-Stack class, but they are so easy, and beautiful, that I wanted to show them off! πŸ™‚

During class, I showed them off in the tiny crate from the WOOD CRATE Framelits, but I like them better when they were displayed a little taller…so, the 2 x 2 box was created! This is a simple box that you can use almost any simple box pattern to create, but I’m including a photo below so you can see how easy it is! Make sure you secure your box together with Tear & Tape adhesive–it’s my fave for securing 3D items!

My Treat Tube is filled with Tic-Tacs, and each tube holds about 28 mints, or almost half of a large Tic-Tac box! The label design is from the LABEL ME PRETTY Stamp Set, and the sentiment is from the WOOD WORDS Stamp Set!

Here’s a template for the box:

And what it should look like after it’s cut, scored, and ready to assemble:

See…it’s easy peasy! πŸ˜‰

Pansy Challenge: Holiday Sticky Note Holder!

IMG_1436YAY!! We made it to day four, and the final day of the Pansy Challenge! If you’re just joining us, start at the beginning, here!

As I shared in the last post, this project was a challenge because I chose Real Red for the pansies! I ended up using retired ribbon and DSP to complete this design, but if you’d like to CASE this project, I suggest the following changes: Cherry Cobbler Cardstock, Be Merry Designer Series Paper, and Cherry Cobbler 1/4in Double-Stitched Ribbon.

Project: Thank You Pod!

Project 1

This covered pod makes a quick, easy, and ADORABLE Thank You gift for the coffee lovers in your life! πŸ™‚

Check out the matching card here!

To make the pod cover, start with a piece of Old Olive Cardstock measuring 2in x 8 1/2in. Next, use the Simply Scored board to score the length of the piece at 1 1/2, 3 1/4, 5 1/4, and 7in. (Fold and make crisp edges using your Bone Folder.)

Next, stamp the beans!
I’m left-handed, so I worked from the bottom up, but chose a path that works for you and stay consistent. First, I stamped a column from the bottom to the top (the entire length of the cardstock), and then I turned my block/stamp so that it was upside down, and stamped another column from the bottom to the top!

To make the small coffee cup:
Cut two small cups (one in Whisper White, and one in Tempting Turquoise) using the COFFEE CUPS Framelits (and your BIG SHOT Die Cutting Machine!) Next, use Paper Snips to cut the lid and the band from the Turquoise piece, and adhere them to the White piece using snail. Next, use snail again and adhere the cup to the band!

Stamp the sentiment:
Stamp the sentiment using the COFFEE CAFE Stamp Set, and again, cut using the coordinating Framelit from the COFFEE CUPS Set (and your BIG SHOT Machine.) Adhere the sentiment to the band with Stampin’ Dimentionals!

The final step is to add Tear & Tape adhesive to one flap, wrap the cover around your pod, and seal it closed! (There is no need to secure your pod to the band with any adhesive–the wrap is tight enough to stay on without help!)

And…the final, FINAL step is to give the pod to someone special!
